The PK360 has 360 sq. in. of cooking space and more volume and headroom in capsule. Instead of sliding vents, the PK360 uses radial vents for more precision. The cylindrical air intake on the bottom has the added benefit of catching ash, keeping your workspace clean. The capsule can be separated from the pedestal and operate separately on a flat non-flammable surface.
